This is a one-session course that will help you to get started on the right foot with breastfeeding within minutes of delivering your baby. Whether you hope to breastfeed full-time or plan to supplement with formula part-time, this course is as informative as it is non-judgmental. Partners are highly encouraged to attend!
This class is offered online and in-person, and may be taken during pregnancy or anytime after. Online classes take place on Zoom. In-person classes take place at the Old Stone Church 251 Main Street, East Haven. Caregivers (grandparents-to-be, etc.) are welcome to attend with you via Facetime at no additional cost. Having them hear the same information from class can be helpful.

Full payment at the time of registration is appreciated but not required. A $10 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. This amount will be deducted from the final class fee when the balance is due.
