This is a one-session course that will help you to get started on the right foot with breastfeeding within minutes of delivering your baby. Whether you hope to breastfeed full-time or plan to supplement with formula part-time, this course is as informative as it is non-judgmental. All classes take place at the Old Stone Church 251 Main Street, East Haven. Partners are highly encouraged to attend! You are also welcome to bring along any others that will be helping at home after the baby is born (your mom, sister, etc.) Having them hear the same information from class can be helpful.
